CLASSIC CRUISERS CAR CLUB INCORPORATED
BY-LAWS
(Effective 4 October 2011)
GENERAL
1. The organization shall be known as the “Classic
Cruisers Car Club”.
2. The purpose of the club is to enjoy, promote and
preserve classic vehicles (cars, trucks and motorcycles) and support local charities. Classic vehicles
are defined as at least twenty years old.
OFFICES AND OFFICERS’ DUTIES
Club officers will consist of President,
two Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer. Officers will hold office for one year or until their successors are elected
and installed. The elected officers will serve as the Corporate Board of Directors, with the President serving as the Board
Chairman. Nomination and election to the offices/board will be in November and the installation will be in December.
The President may appoint additional Directors at Large from the club general membership
1. President: Shall preside at
all meetings, act as official at all club functions. Shall assign Vice Presidential responsibilities
and appoint all committees and chairpersons. Standing committees shall be an Auditor Committee and a By-Laws Committee to
be appointed at the beginning of the year and serving the entire year.
2. First Vice President: Shall preside in the absence of the president
3. Second Vice President: Second Vice President will share responsibilities of Vice President with the
First Vice President
4. Secretary: Shall handle all official correspondence for the club. Shall prepare and record
minutes of all club meetings and record attendance at said meetings.

Treasurer:
Shall collect and disburse all funds as may be required. Shall prepare monthly financial statements and others as requested
by the President.
MEMBERS AND MEMBERSHIP
1. Member must demonstrate a sincere interest in preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of older classic cars
and trucks.

All new membership applications
must be accompanied by a picture of vehicle(s) or present the vehicle(s) in person for consideration. Vehicle(s) must be 20
years old at the beginning of the calendar year and should be classic/custom/muscle type. Low rider and non-factory equipped
4x4’s do not qualify. (Tires are the only exception to the rule.) Membership acceptance requires an affirmative vote
by at least 3/4 of the members present at a regular meeting.
3. Club dues are $20 per year. Dues must be paid by the close of business at the March meeting of each year,
or the member will lose membership status. Dues were reduced to $20 per year, effective 2012, based on
the understanding that club activities such as the Christmas party would be member-financed.
4. The membership of any club member may be terminated for conduct unbecoming
a member of the Classic Cruisers Car Club. An affirmative vote by at least 3/4 of the members present at a regular
business meeting is required to terminate a membership.
5. The spouse/companion of any member becomes a member with full privileges
in the club.

Membership is unlimited,
but may be capped by an affirmative vote of ¾ of the members present at a regular business meeting if deemed necessary
to control growth and maintain club integrity.
7. The club will sponsor at least one monthly activity in addition to the membership meeting. Members will be
asked to volunteer and/or be assigned specific months to recommend an activity for club participation. Should the club decide
to participate in space-limited functions, the Corporate Board of Directors will decide which members will participate. This
decision will be made based activity, participation and/or other criteria as appropriate.
8. The club may offer honorary memberships to nonmember
individuals or families. These memberships will be offered sparingly and will normally be based on exceptional
voluntary contribution to club activities. An affirmative vote by at least 3/4 of the members present at a regular business
meeting is required. Honorary members are nonvoting members and will not be required to pay dues. They may be invited to participate
in club activities. The list of honorary members will be reviewed annually at the January meeting, for the purpose of dropping
any members who no longer warrant honorary membership.
MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
1. Monthly meeting will be held normally on the 1st
Tuesday of each month. Fifteen percent of the club's membership at any meeting shall constitute a quorum. No official
business shall be conducted without a quorum. The majority vote of the attending members will carry each
issue, unless a provision of these by-laws stipulates differently. A copy of these by-laws will be provided to each member
and will serve as official notification of meeting dates.
2. The President may call special meetings if required. Advance notice will be given to the
membership of all such meetings whenever possible.
OTHER
1. In the event the Classic Cruisers Car Club is dissolved for any reason, all property and assets of the club
shall be donated to a charity as designated by the membership. No member shall derive any benefit or profit
in the event the club is dissolved. Personal property shall revert back to the original owner unless donated to the club.
2. The club will not be held responsible for any personal
injuries or property damage occurring during or as a result of club functions.
