CRUZ-IN RULES

We would like to welcome you to the Saturday night Cruz-in & Car Show.  This event is intended to be fun for the car enthusiast, their families and our guests.  

The following rules are offered for the benefit of all participants:

1. All vehicles are required to be 1990 & older.  You may be required to show a registration to prove vehicle age. 

2. We are asking for a $2.00 donation per vehicle. Please consider donating more – All proceeds go to charity. 

3. Vehicles are to be parked as directed by club personnel.

4. No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, or anything used in a manner that could injure people or damage vehicles are allowed in show area. 

5. Please do not touch vehicles without owners’ permission.

6. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Please remember you are responsible for the actions of your children.  Ask if you want to get a close look at a vehicle, most owners will work with you.  Owners have a lot of time and money invested in their vehicles.

7. No horse play is allowed with vehicles at any time. (Such as burn-outs, engine revving, car hopping, loud radios or other disruptive actions).

8. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. The property speed limit is 10 mph.

10. Trailered vehicles report to car show entrance for specific instructions from our staff.

11. Once your vehicle is parked in the designated area, the engine is to be turned off.  The next time the engine is started is when you pull out to leave.

12. This is a car show, not a venue to sell items.  There are to be NO SALES on the property EXCEPT for pre-approved items where the sale benefits charity.

13. We are guests here.  So PLEASE either take your trash with you or use receptacles provided.

14. Sorry...no pets allowed.

15. Show time is from 5:30 – 9 PM. All vehicles should be cleared out of the lot by 9:15 PM.

16. Anyone wishing to join our club should check with club members at the registration table for an application.

17. Spectators are to park on HRHD property, not in the shopping center parking lot.

In summary, we simply ask that participants avoid behaving in a manner not conducive to the overall good time we all expect to enjoy at our Cruz-ins.
